I hope from today, women of all ages will invest their efforts, time and money in the vegan, organic, skin and Eco friendly menstrual hygiene products.
To help make this mission successful the government should promote sustainability and contribute to it by eliminating taxes on such products, to make them economically accessible to the masses. Government and these sustainable brands can arrange campaigns to impart knowledge to the weaker sectors and eliminate the gap of information failure. Additionally, the government should Distribute Eco- friendly and sustainable sanitary options in villages, Panchayats, to schools, to different central women jails, in hospitals and shelter home for girls.
I believe these steps will definitely boost this sustainable mission . The home grown Eco- friendly brands will get opportunities to stand and expand their market share. In return, will increase employment rate different sectors.Farmers will be benefited. Save carbon emission and less plastic waste will be generated.

By taking these steps, we are stimulating our economy and protecting the ecosystem and planet it thrives on. As Kira Simpson said and I quote “We can sit back, do nothing, and watch our planet be destroyed. Or we can take action, become advocates, and start making lifestyle choices which are kinder to people and the planet”.
